Lee Rubenstein

Artist Statement

Lee Rubenstein, a native of Baltimore, Md., has been involved in the arts in one form or another his entire adult life, and has since settled into life on the Hudson with his partner, Jo Hills. These paintings are inspired by the colors we see every day from our home and my studio just below our B&B in the hamlet of Cheviot in Germantown, NY, just 100 feet from the banks of the Hudson River. The studio is open by appointment.
