Ted Braggins
Ted Braggins is a printmaker who produces works on paper in a variety of graphic art media including monotypes, lithographs, or in combination with other print methods. He finds that printmaking provides both a level of control and experimentation that allows for the use of strong color, layering, and transparency. Much of his work uses the landscape as a primary source for expression. He likes to deconstruct space and then restructure it in a changed form using line, shape, color, and texture. The landscape images are often metaphors for emotional qualities and expressions of personal meaning.
