"Color Stories"
Evelyn’s latest collection of oil paintings includes abstracted landscapes and fresh, playful florals. These works are largely from her imagination and act as a vehicle for the exploration of color.
“While I have always enjoyed working with color, it became my primary focus in this latest series of work. On the heels of COVID I found the use of vivid color very uplifting and, following cataract removal, I was astounded by how pure the color white is, so I wanted to celebrate white as well. I truly hope the paintings bring a moment of joy to those that view them!”
Evelyn will be featured from August 11th through September 4th.
